Although a regular feature in Spring collections, florals have never felt as fresh before. The usual pastel florals have been thrown out the window, and replaced with exaggerated, abstract ones. Florals are no longer delicate and sometimes dated but bold, brash and in the cases of Gucci and Christian Dior even dark and moody.

My personal favourite look is Carolina Herrera’s magnolia print jersey pants (pictured above). The flowers are stretched and distorted which give the pants a modern and chic feel. The pants go perfectly with Herrera’s pink silk gazaar top which gives the whole outfit a sleek look.
